Description
Grate baffle bricks are installed in the burner combustion systems of regenerative reheating furnaces to protect regenerator bodies and regenerator balls, effectively extending their service life. High-temperature resistance and thermal shock stability are the primary selection criteria for these components. JHR’s corundum-mullite grate baffle bricks are manufactured through machine pressing or vibration casting, followed by high-temperature firing. They offer excellent spalling resistance, erosion resistance, crack resistance, and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. This product line has been successfully applied on regenerative burners in over 200 heating furnaces across more than 40 steel plants, including Jiu Steel, Wei Steel, and Lian Steel, earning strong customer recognition.
