The walking beam heat treatment heating furnace of Liaoning Hongchang Heavy Industry suffers persistent lining spalling and damage of anchor structures under long-term high-temperature radiation and frequent thermal cycling from workpieces. Previously, standard castables and common anchor bricks were adopted for maintenance, requiring 12 days of combined curing and furnace drying after patching. Prolonged shutdown led to suspension of workpiece heat treatment and reduced order delivery efficiency.During furnace maintenance, the enterprise adopted JHR’s full refractory package consisting of high-temperature anchor bricks and baking-free castables. Pre-installed anchor bricks were integrated with cast-in-place baking-free castables for monolithic lining forming. JHR supplied factory test certificates and on-site masonry technical support, and all finished products deliver physical and chemical properties fully matching heavy industry high-temperature heat treatment operating conditions.
