Description

The JH-CG series is specifically engineered for coreless induction furnace applications where the coil requires electrical isolation, mechanical reinforcement, and molten metal run-out protection. This refractory material is applied on the inner side and between turns of the induction coil to deliver reliable insulation and structural support throughout furnace operations.

The JH-CG561AF grade is a red-coloured, fibre-reinforced grout with an Al2O3 content of 85.1%. It is trowel-applied and formulated for small-area repairs and hand-reachable locations where mould installation is impractical. The red colour allows easy visual distinction from the working lining during inspection and maintenance.

The JH-CG44 grade contains 92.5% Al2O3 and is designed for vibration casting installation. This corundum-based formulation is well suited to full-body cast coil grout layers and furnace pressure ring applications in melting and holding operations. The fine grain size of 2 mm supports dense packing and uniform coverage during casting.

The JH-CG66H grade features 92.0% Al2O3 and is engineered for self-flowing construction, making it suitable for full-body casting where high flowability is required. This grade eliminates the need for mechanical vibration during installation, reducing labor time and ensuring complete filling of complex coil geometries.
