Developed to meet the demand for rapid kiln drying, this explosion-proof rapid-drying self-flowing castable builds on a self-leveling castable base by incorporating a highly efficient anti-explosion agent. The formulation substantially shortens the drying cycle compared with conventional self-flow castables, with curing times controllable within 1 to 7 days. This translates to significant time savings for plant operators and delivers measurable economic benefits. Available in four alumina grades to suit a range of service temperatures and operating conditions in iron and steel-making applications.
