Description
The refractory anchor brick from JHR is a shaped anchoring component engineered to suspend and secure monolithic linings inside reheating furnaces, heat-treatment furnaces and industrial kilns. Two product families are offered: mechanically pressed high alumina anchor brick (JH-LZ and JH-MG series) for general reheating furnace anchor duty, and low-iron low-creep mullite anchor brick (JH-LM and JH-LMZ series) built on natural sintered low-iron mullite to withstand CO reduction cracking under reducing atmospheres. Each shape can be supplied by mechanical pressing or castable vibration casting to match the mating monolithic lining, providing tight interfacial bonding, positive load transfer to the steel shell and long-term dimensional stability at furnace-roof temperatures.
Key Features
- Maximum RUL (0.2 MPa, 0.6%) 1450–1500 °C across four normal grades and three low-iron low-creep grades
- Two matrix options available: standard high alumina anchor brick and mullite anchor brick with Fe₂O₃ ≤ 1.5–2.0% for CO-resistant service
- Cold crushing strength 45–60 MPa provides mechanical margin against thermal-cycling and hanging loads
- Casting variants (JH-MG series) share the parent castable expansion coefficient, suppressing peeling at the anchor–lining interface
- Wooden-pallet packing with drilled holding-bolt holes shortens on-site hanging installation
