The JH-LW Lightweight Castable Series is engineered for thermal equipment operating conditions, featuring scientifically balanced bulk density ranging from 0.6 to 2.0 g/cm³ combined with high structural strength. These castables significantly reduce energy consumption and environmental impact during high-temperature operation, delivering substantial economic benefits. Available in nine grades spanning maximum service temperatures from 800°C to 1350°C, with Al₂O₃ content from 25% to 45%, the series has been successfully deployed in over 100 facilities including Baowu, Wugang, Magang, TISCO, and Jianlong Steel, powering more than 500 reheating furnaces worldwide.
