Description
This low cement refractory castable series is formulated with premium low-alkali raw materials and optimized particle-size distribution to deliver superior flowability, ease of installation, high strength development, and excellent volume stability during service. The product supports both in-situ casting of monolithic linings and precast block production, offering maximum flexibility for furnace maintenance and construction schedules. Developed specifically for rolling mill reheating furnaces, it has been successfully adopted by Baowu, Magang, TISCO, and over 100 other steelmaking facilities across more than 500 reheating furnaces worldwide.
