JH‑PAK‑S86CR contains 76.3 % Al₂O₃, 11.1 % SiO₂, 2.5 % P₂O₅ and 3.7 % Cr₂O₃, achieving strong spalling resistance, high sintered strength and erosion resistance at a maximum service temperature of 1760 °C. JH‑PAK‑A85 is a phosphate‑bonded grade with 68.6 % Al₂O₃, offering high spalling resistance and high mechanical strength, specifically engineered as the preferred material for furnace collar, mouth and spout sealing on coreless induction furnaces.
JH‑PAK‑A56W is a phosphorus‑free plastic refractory that uses an inorganic high‑temperature binder and a gas/solid setting mechanism, providing erosion resistance up to 1760 °C while protecting stainless steel, carbon steel and high‑temperature alloy melts from phosphorus contamination. All JH‑PAK grades can be installed by pneumatic ram or hand tamp, offering flexibility for on‑site repairs and new‑lining projects on ladles and transfer equipment.
